Operations for creative agencies

Run the whole agency under one roof.

The tickets your team works, the budgets you quote, and the vendors you pay — in one workspace where each can see the others, instead of three tools and a spreadsheet between them.

One workspace

Three tools. One roster of clients, one set of people.

A client is created once and exists everywhere: its tickets, its budgets and the invoices billed against it are the same client. Staff are invited once and carry what they are allowed to see into every tool.

Work

Every request becomes a ticket, and every ticket has a home.

Each piece of work carries a client, an owner and a stage, and lives in that client's folder next to its projects and a full ticket table. The queue is sorted by why it needs you — blocked, waiting on a decision, overdue, or sitting in routing — so the person who opens it sees their own next move first.

Intake

Work comes in from wherever it starts.

Three ways in, one queue out. However a request arrives, it becomes the same kind of ticket, routed to the same people, in the same client folder.

  • A public intake form

Every client gets a form at its own link. Anyone with the link files a request, attachments included, with no login. The submission lands in the client's folder as a ticket.

  • Slack, once connected

Type /ticket and a filing form opens right there; the channel stays on the ticket and attached files come with it. The bot answers with a receipt in the thread and, if you want, an end-of-day recap.

  • A briefing conversation

Describe the request in a chat — typed or dictated, with files — and the assistant drafts the ticket's fields. You review the draft in the normal form before anything is filed; nothing files itself.

Start with your own workspace.

Name the agency, invite the team, and you are its admin. The three tools are already there.
